Designing an Asana Practice with Libby Hinsley
Our book club convo (which was AMAZING btw) -- replay link
Thanks so much to those who joined the conversation with Libby the other day. I thought she was fantastic and really tied up all of the threads from the book.
In case you missed it, the replay is below. Essentially, she walked through two potential asana practices:
One that’s designed for a person with POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and is having a brain foggy, fatigued day
Another designed for someone with sacroiliac pain & discomfort
I loved how much crossover there was between Jill Miller’s work & Libby’s approach to sequencing, too.
