The first time I read the book, I felt myself getting antsy by Chapter 7. Even though I’d done exercises throughout the reading, I felt like I couldn’t fully devote myself to them until I’d absorbed the first half of the book.
Chapters 7 & 8 both feel very mechanically-oriented to me…like the last bit of prep she’d like us to have before we dive into the experiential work
