We're meeting on Zoom on Monday!
Hello there!
How’s it going? I’ve spent the week slowly coaxing my body and breath back into exercising and moving. I was sick for almost five weeks with only one yoga class during a short span while I was well in the middle. I’ve lost a lot of strength and endurance.
But all of my focus on the nervous system and self-care over the past several years has helped me to approach things from a pretty compassionate place as opposed to overdoing and being exhausted.
I’m looking forward to meeting with you on Zoom on Monday at 9am Pacific for an informal Book Club meeting. Here’s my plan:
We’ll share any big aha moments from the readings or the exercises
We’ll review our intentions before we began Book Club and see whether or not anything has shifted
We’ll think about how we want to move forward incorporating Jill’s work into our lives and our classes
While you don’t have to share, I hope you will feel welcome to. I’d love for this to be an easy, interactive discussion like we were all at my house, eating pot pie or french toast casserole and talking about the book.
